You can choose between three bead packages. This refers only to the type of beads offered:
Guaranteed to be included: varied and generous bead mixes, letters, numbers, polymer clay beads, and much more.
Basic Package
Children’s Birthday Party / School Enrollment Celebration (ages 6 to approximately 16)
The BeadBus arrives with about 400 to 500 different beads, and the children will make a necklace (up to approximately 45cm), a bracelet, and a pair of earrings. Or three bracelets, or two bracelets and a pair of earrings… Awaken the artistic soul of your children/young adults with our colorful beading adventure!
Price: starting at €25 per kid
Guaranteed to be included: Treasure bowl, bead assortment, pendants, letters, polymer beads (fruits, etc.), seed beads.
The Big Package
Birthday / Friends’ Night / Bachelor*ette Party / Family Get-Together or any other special occasion!
The BeadBus arrives with approximately 650 to 850 different beads, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a necklace (up to 42cm), a bracelet, and a pair of earrings or something similar!
Price: starting at €35 per person
Guaranteed to be included: Treasure bowl, glass, plastic, metal beads (silver-colored, gold-colored, bronze/copper), polymer beads (fruits, etc.), pendants, letters, seed beads
The Premium Package
The PerlenBus arrives fully loaded with around 850 to 1,000 different types of beads, and you get to choose what you’d like to create!
Price to be negotiated according to your personal bead preference
The BeadBus options include (among other things) the following: gemstones, mother-of-pearl, lava, glass, plastic, metal beads (silver-colored, gold-colored, bronze/copper), freshwater pearls, polymer beads (fruits, etc.), letters, pendants, seed beads and the BeadBus Treasure Bowl.
School festivals, weddings, themed events, anniversary celebrations, company parties, …
For events without a set number of participants, feel free to contact us directly, and we’ll discuss the details.
Prices for larger events are calculated differently than for private parties, as the offerings are completely different
MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 25 (no upper limit)
What happens after your booking?
For all Parties applies:
- The following applies to Parties up to 15 people. For bigger events the conditions will be negotiated according to your needs.
- Duration: 2.5 hours of crafting time, each additional hour started is €18 per BeadBus staff member.
- Deposit: €20 per participating person, after which your booking is confirmed.
- Travel costs are free within a 10 km radius of Nikolassee (Berlin)! After that, €1 per additional kilometer traveled. (For BeadParties in other cities in Germany, different rates apply, of course. Just send us an email!)
- Additional costs may arise (by prior arrangement), for example, due to special pendants or other special requests.
- ➙ The following applies to Parties up to 15 people. For bigger events the conditions will be negotiated according to your needs.
- Once you’ve booked, your BeadBus package is reserved.
- We’ll email you to confirm the total amount and the desired time slot.
- Now, you have 5 business days to make the deposit of €20 per participating person.
- We’ll arrive about half an hour before the agreed-upon time at the designated location and set everything up. Once that is done and the beads are sparkling, we’re ready to start!
- You’ll create your jewelry pieces under our guidance, and when you’re happy with everything, we’ll secure your creations. Of course, we’re always happy to help with design questions!
- 2 to 2½ hours and many unique jewelry pieces later, you’ll pay the remaining amount, and the BeadBus will be on its way again.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel up to 48 hours before the agreed-upon time, no costs will be incurred, and the deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made after 48 hours before the agreed-upon date, the deposit will be retained, and no refund will be issued.
