There are two different BeadPackages available.

DIY Bracelet Kits:

• This bead package includes more than enough beads for one bracelet, a high-quality elastic cord with a bead stopper, a crafting and knotting guide, a charm of your choice, and a sticker, all packed in a beautiful organza jewelry pouch.
• Colors: white, black, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, gold, silver, multicolor.
  All colors can be freely combined.
• You can choose from materials such as glass beads, plastic beads, wooden and natural beads, and semi-precious stone beads.
• Minimum order: 5 pieces. No upper limit.
• The price depends on the material and the quantity of DIY kits ordered.

Pre-made Bracelets:

• This bead package includes pre-made bracelets, optionally packaged in a beautiful organza jewelry pouch.
• Charm of your choice included.
• You can choose from the following materials: Glass beads, plastic beads, semi-precious stone beads, wooden and natural beads
• Colors:
  White, black, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, gold, silver, multicolor.
  All colors can also be combined as desired.
• Minimum order: 5 pieces. No upper limit.
• The price depends on the material and the quantity of bracelets ordered.

Children’s Birthday:

The BeadBus comes with approximately 400 to 500 different beads to you or a location of your choice. The kids can make necklaces, bracelets, earrings, key chains, or, well, you get the idea … The number of beads and the time required determine the quantity of jewelry to be made. In any case, generous bead assortments with hundreds of different beads in all colors, countless silver, gold, and bronze-colored pendants, letter beads, polymer beads, seed beads, and many surprise beads in the popular treasure bowl are included.

Birthday, Bachelorette Party, Family Event, Girls’ Night, Housemate Gathering, etc.:

The BeadBus comes with approximately 650 to 850 different beads to your home or a location of your choice. You can make necklaces, bracelets, earrings, key chains or anything else that comes to mind. The number of beads and the time required determine the quantity of jewelry to be made. We bring – among other things – many hundreds of different glass, plastic, and metal beads. Countless silver, gold, and bronze-colored pendants, letter beads, polymer beads, seed beads, and many surprise beads in the popular treasure bowl are also included.

Premium Package:

The Premium Package includes the full program, leaving no wishes unfulfilled. In addition to approximately 650 to 850 different glass, plastic, and metal beads, countless silver, gold, and bronze-colored pendants, letter beads, polymer beads, seed beads, and the many surprise beads in the popular treasure bowl, the Bead Bus brings along the truly exquisite beads: Over 250 different gemstone beads, mother-of-pearl, lava, and freshwater pearls. This selection can naturally be adjusted to individual preferences.

Corporate Event, School Fair, Anniversary, etc. (no fixed number of participants):

For events without a fixed number of participants, please contact us via the contact form here. We will then provide you with a completely tailored offer based on your personal preferences.

When you make a reservation, the Beading Party that suits you best is already determined. We will confirm the desired time slot and the total amount via email. Now you have five working days, but no later than 72 hours before your Beading Party, to make a deposit of €20 per participant. Once the amount is received, the booking is confirmed. We’ll arrive approximately half an hour before the agreed time at the designated location and set everything up. Once everything is set up and the beads are sparkling, we can get started. You’ll create your jewelry pieces, and when you’re satisfied with everything, we’ll secure your creations. Of course, we’re always happy to help with design questions! Two to two and a half hours and many unique pieces of jewelry later, you’ll pay the remaining balance, and the BeadBus will be on its way again.

In case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the agreed date, no costs will be incurred, and the deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made after this 48-hour period, the deposit will be retained, and no refund will be issued.

The crafting time is two to two and a half hours. After that, each started extra hour costs €18 per BeadBus staff member. The deposit is €20 per participant. Up to 10 km from Nikolassee (Berlin), travel costs are free! Thereafter, €1 per kilometer driven. (Different rates apply for Beading Parties in other cities in Germany. Just write us an email.) Additional costs may arise (after prior agreement), for example, for special pendants or other special requests.
