Children’s Birthday:

The BeadBus comes by with approximately 400 to 500 different beads for you. The kids can make a necklace, a bracelet, and a pair of earrings, or three bracelets and a pair of earrings, or a bracelet and four pairs of earrings, or, well, you get the idea… The number of beads and the time required determine the quantity of jewelry to be made. In any case, generous bead assortments with hundreds of different beads in all colors, countless silver, gold, and bronze-colored pendants, letter beads, polymer beads, seed beads, and many surprise beads in the popular treasure bowl are included.

Birthday (from about 12/13 years old), Bachelorette Party, Family Event, Girls’ Night, Housemate Gathering, etc.:

The BeadBus comes by with approximately 650 to 850 different beads for you. You can make a necklace, a bracelet, and a pair of earrings, or three bracelets and a pair of earrings, or a bracelet and four pairs of earrings, or, well, you get the idea… The number of beads and the time required determine the quantity of jewelry to be made. We bring – among other things – many hundreds of different glass, plastic, and metal beads. Countless silver, gold, and bronze-colored pendants, letter beads, polymer beads, seed beads, and many surprise beads in the popular treasure bowl are also included.

Premium Package:

The Premium Package includes the full program, leaving no wishes unfulfilled. In addition to approximately 650 to 850 different glass, plastic, and metal beads, countless silver, gold, and bronze-colored pendants, letter beads, polymer beads, seed beads, and the many surprise beads in the popular treasure bowl, the Bead Bus brings along the truly exquisite beads: Over 100 different gemstone beads, mother-of-pearl, lava, and freshwater pearls. This selection can naturally be adjusted to individual preferences.

Swifties Special:

The BeadBus comes by with hundreds of plastic and glass beads. Additionally, we bring letter beads in all colors and styles. Furthermore, there are hearts, flowers, numbers, smileys, and much more. You can make 5 (five!) friendship bracelets, and we’ll secure them so your creations will hold up even after multiple exchanges. If time allows, you can also make additional bracelets for €5 each. Upon request, we can also bring pre-made Swifties bracelets for €5 each.

Corporate Event, School Fair, Anniversary, etc. (no fixed number of participants):

For events without a fixed number of participants, please contact us via the contact form here. We will then provide you with a completely tailored offer based on your personal preferences.

When you make a reservation, the BeadBus package that suits you is already determined. We will confirm the desired time slot and the total amount via email. Now you have five working days, but no later than 72 hours before your BeadParty, to make a deposit of €20 per participant. Once the amount is received, the booking is confirmed. We’ll arrive approximately half an hour before the agreed time at the designated location and set everything up. Once everything is set up and the beads are sparkling, we can get started. You’ll create your jewelry pieces, and when you’re satisfied with everything, we’ll secure your creations. Of course, we’re always happy to help with design questions! Two to two and a half hours and many unique pieces of jewelry later, you’ll pay the remaining balance, and the BeadBus will be on its way again.

In case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the agreed date, no costs will be incurred, and the deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made after this 48-hour period, the deposit will be retained, and no refund will be issued.

The crafting time is two to two and a half hours. After that, each started extra hour costs €18 per BeadBus staff member. The deposit is €20 per participant. Up to 10 km from Nikolassee (Berlin), travel costs are free! Thereafter, €1 per kilometer driven. (Different prices apply for BeadParties in other cities in Germany. Just write us an email.) Additional costs may arise (after prior agreement), for example, for special pendants or other special requests.
